TRAINING STRATEGY
The Company invests heavily in training, including approximately eight weeks for newly recruited software professionals. It also conducts a variety of continuing education courses in technology and management skills averaging ten days per employee per year through a combination of external and internal faculty.

There are two parts to TechTrek's training strategy. The first part addresses the common training needs of all employees, which include:

New Employee Orientation – covering the history, vision and mission of the company, including its short and long-term objectives;

Culture and Value system, including conducting business ethically;

Behavioral Skills – team work, communication and interpersonal relations;

Quality TechTrek’s QUALITY SYSTEMS.

The second part is need – based and addresses the technical as well as behavioral training needs identified through a quarterly assessment.

As a result of this two-part training strategy, a training calendar and curriculum has been developed and being followed.
