Data Entry/Verification – We have a dedicated resource pool for capturing data from documents. We use a proprietary double entry-triple compare process to convert all such material in ASCII form. We assure 99.997% accuracy of all converted data.

Data Entry may involve capturing the entire document and converting that into a electronic form, or may require capturing only select parts of the document.


Scanning & imaging - We have a large state-of-the-art scanning facility equipped with high-speed high-resolution scanners. The scanners can be used to digitize documents, maps and drawings up to A0 size. The facility can handle very large volumes with quick turnaround times.


OCR - Documents with good print quality that can be scanned into high quality images can be converted to ASCII using OCR. We use highly advanced OCR software such as OMNIPAGE PRO, WORDSCAN and FINEREADER. With established and proven methodologies, we can guarantee accuracy as high as 99.95% on all OCR converted material. }


Automated Data Capture – This process involves, scanning of a form together with the use of sophisticated software to interpret the image and produce data in a format the client can then process. This format is ideal for questionnaire type forms, which reduces the cost and gives a fast precise result.
